How Do I Schedule an Appointment?

Scheduling your visit is simple — just call our office to book a time that’s convenient for you. Our team will assist you in finding the best appointment option based on your needs.

We make every effort to see patients quickly: Urgent or sick visits: Same day or within 24 hours Routine physicals: Within 1–3 weeks of scheduling

To make your first visit faster, please complete our new patient forms in advance Bringing your completed forms helps us serve you more efficiently.

After Your Appointment

Before you leave, our staff will: Schedule any follow-up appointments recommended by your provider Provide referrals if needed Send any prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy

Prescription Refills

Please allow 72 hours (three business days) for refill requests to be processed. Some medications may require an in-person or virtual visit before renewal.

Payments at the Appointment

You’ll be responsible for any co-pay listed on your insurance card. For questions about your benefits or coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly using the Member Services number on your card.

Virtual Appointments Available

We offer both in-person and virtual appointments for your convenience. Ask our team about scheduling a telehealth visit if you prefer to meet with your provider from home.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes early if you still need to complete your forms. When you arrive: Check in at the front desk with your photo ID and insurance card. Our team will take your vitals and review your medical history. You’ll then meet with your provider for a personalized evaluation and care plan. We aim to make your visit comfortable and thorough — every time.
