Meet our Provider
Sakirat Raheem, MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Associate Degree from Prince George’s County Community College, her BSN from Chamberlain University, and her MSN with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration.
With extensive experience in primary care, telehealth, and chronic disease management, Sakirat provides virtual and in-person care, medication management, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including Suboxone therapy, and weight management. She is passionate about helping patients achieve better health through personalized, evidence-based care.
Outside of work, Sakirat enjoys spending time with her family, exploring arts and crafts, and attending live music events.
Meet our Provider
My name is Kristy Baker. I spent over a decade in the beauty industry as a licensed cosmetologist before transitioning into nursing. As a registered nurse, I specialized in infusion therapy and became board certified in vascular access. After the birth of my son in 2023, I was inspired to further my education and pursue my degree as a nurse practitioner. My long-term goal is to integrate my background in beauty and aesthetics with my advanced clinical training to create a comprehensive practice focused on infusion therapy, medical aesthetics (including beauty and laser services), and functional medicine.
