After Hours / Weekends / Holidays

If you have a medical emergency when our office is closed, please call 911 immediately.
For non-emergency issues, you may contact us during normal business hours. Please note that after-hours communication is not available for routine refills, referrals, prescriptions, or second opinions.

Patient Portal

Our Patient Portal makes managing your health simple and secure. Current patients can enroll to access convenient features such as:

  • Viewing test results and visit summaries

  • Sending secure messages to your provider

  • Requesting prescription refills

  • Scheduling or modifying appointments

  • Updating insurance and personal information

Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. If you are feeling unwell, please call early in the morning for a same-day visit. We make every effort to see sick patients the same day.

To help you stay on track, we provide courtesy reminder calls 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us serve other patients who may need care.

Missed Appointments

If you cannot make your appointment, please call us in advance to cancel. Missed appointments without notice may incur a missed appointment fee.

Referrals

Some insurance plans require a written referral or authorization before seeing a specialist.
Please contact our office at least 72 hours before your specialist appointment. We can mail, fax, or prepare your referral for pickup prior to your visit.

Prescription Refills

Please allow 72 hours (three business days) for all prescription refill requests.
Certain medications may require an in-person or virtual visit before a refill can be approved.
To ensure continuity of care, request your refill before running out of medication

Insurance Accepted

We accept a variety of insurance plans for your convenience. If you don’t see your plan listed, please contact our office — we’re continually expanding the insurance plans we accept.
